TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

Who’s who

1. The promoter of the BORA DESIGNER REWARDS campaign is BORA Holding GmbH. A company registered at 1 Innstrasse, Niederndorf, Austria, A6342; company registration FN 384850 g (“BORA”).

2. The operator of the BORA DESIGNER REWARDS campaign is Benamic Unlimited, Kilkenny Business and Technology Park, IDA, Co. Kilkenny, R95 ETN5, Ireland.

 

Participation & Participants

3. Participation in the campaign is by invitation only, by a promoter appointed representative.

4. The promoter reserves the right to refuse entry into the campaign without reason.

5. The decisions of the promotor in respect of any and all aspects of the campaign will be final and binding.

6. The promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions or cancel a campaign, without penalty, by providing participants with 30 days’ written notice by email.

7. Participants must be employees of an active BORA Partner, registered and operating within the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland).

8. It is a Participants obligation to obtain the permission of their line-manager or owner of the BORA Partner prior to registering and participating in the campaign.

9. The Campaign is not valid for BORA Partners registered in Northern Ireland.

10. Participants who have given notice to leave employment with the BORA Partner or participants who are under disciplinary procedures may have their account deactivated at the discretion of BORA and the treatment of any accrued rewards earned prior to the circumstances giving rise to deactivation shall remain at the discretion of Bora.

11. Employees of BORA, its subsidiaries, or its affiliates are not permitted to participate in the campaign.

 

Registration

12. By registering to participate in the campaign or by participating in the campaign, the participant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions. Registration constitutes acceptance of these terms in their entirety.

13. The campaign portal can be accessed via website: https://designer-rewards.bora.com. Registration and account log-in is accessed here. Within the site you will find full details of the campaign.  It is here that you will upload and review claims and assess your progress.  It is here that you will redeem rewards when applicable. All registration information must be true, accurate and complete. Participants must notify the promoter of any changes to their details within 10 business days.

14. Participants will receive an email confirmation with username and password after successful registration validation. Participants are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

 

Claims

15. The campaign is annual, starting 12th January 2026 and closing on 31st December 2026. Campaign dates are as follows,

     -Program start date: 12.01.2026

     -Program end date: 31.12.2026

     -Last registration date: 31.12.2026

     -Last date participant can update/correct their claims: 28.02.2027

     -Last payment/fulfilment date: 31.03.2027

16. Sales claims for orders that are later returned are deemed invalid and will be cancelled. Participants will be notified of any cancelled claims and the reasons for cancellation.

17. All claims will be subject to a thorough validation process in accordance with our standard procedures. Fraudulent claims may result in the participants disqualification from the campaign. Where we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to report such matters to the appropriate authorities.

18. The Promoter reserves the right to request supporting documentation to enable the validation of claims. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in claim cancellation.

19. Claims are submitted alongside the BORA Partners (dealers) ‘Invoice of Sale’ document, in full and as issued to the end client. The document should be in PDF format and clearly detail the BORA products being claimed and detail the date of sale alongside the end-client's details.

20. A Digital Prepaid Mastercard will be issued at the point of first claim points redemption. The digital card should be stored within a digital wallet for future use. We are not responsible for any technical issues with digital wallets or third-party payment platforms.

21. A physical Prepaid Mastercard can be requested via the portal in addition to the Digital Card.  This can only be done during or after the first claim redemption (participants must reach the minimum points threshold to be able to request a physical card).

22. The campaign rewards can be redeemed anywhere that accepts Mastercard. We are not responsible for any merchant's refusal to accept the prepaid cards or any technical issues with card transactions.

 

Campaign Points

23. The promoter reserves the right to adjust the product assortment, and their corresponding points values at any time without notice. Any changes will only apply to sales made after the effective date of the change.

24. Below is a table showing available points values, organised by product category, points levels 1, 2 & 3. A full list of valid product codes is listed below. The points table and product codes are incorporated into these terms and conditions and form part of this agreement.

25. QVAC claims are only valid when claimed alongside a cooktop extractor. Each QVAC claim must be paired with a cooktop extractor. Claims that do not meet this pairing requirement may be rejected.

26. Only Modular Cooktop extractors are valid. Modular cooktops themselves are not valid. Modular cooktop ‘sets’ containing 1x cooktop extractor will count as 1x cooktop extractor.

27. Claimants can boost points values, by selling volume of each product category. The table below shows points values for level 1, level 2 (additional15%), level 3 (additional 25%), and level bandings by category. Only the additional units within the next band level benefit from the additional percentage boost.  For example, a designer claiming for 6x PURU2 cooktop extractors and 2x QVAC sale at the end of the campaign will be rewarded within cooktop category A, 4x 76pts (304pts) and 2x 88pts (176pts), a total of 480pts. Plus the QVAC sales of 30pts, a sum total of 510 points.

28. Multi-drawer and QVAC claims do not count towards increasing levels and do not receive level 2 & 3 percentage boost.

29. The campaign accepts only newly supplied products as categorised above and purchased by retail customers. The following orders are not valid; Display Orders, Exhibition Orders, Contract / Project Orders, Replacement goods orders, Service orders, Staff Sale Orders.

 

Claim Redemption Thresholds

30. Participants must reach the following point thresholds before any claims can be redeemed,

     -Registration of account between 12.01.2026 and 30.06.2026 – 500 points

     -Registration of account between 01.07.2026 and 31.12.2026 – 350 points

31. Once the above thresholds are reached, claimants can redeem points at any frequency thereafter. Redemption requests will be processed within 30 days of submission.

32. Points collected during the annual campaign are not transferrable to any following years campaign. Any unredeemed points will expire on 31st March 2027.

 

TAX & NIC

33. It is the responsibility of the participant to declare any tax due from rewards received from this incentive. This can be done via the participants self-assessment tax return.  Neither basic nor higher rate tax is addressed by this incentive.  Participants can retrieve information on the rewards that they have received by simply accessing the incentive portal.  Alternatively, the promotor can issue this data upon request.

34. Any National Insurance due because of the incentive will be covered by the promotor, (unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties) and will settled directly with HMRC.

 

Data

35. For the sole use of operating and managing the campaign, the promoter will collect the personal data of the participants. This data will be shared with the operator of the campaign. All data will be handled in accordance with the BORA Data Policy which can be viewed in full here, https://www.bora.com/en-gb/data-protection.  Personal data supplied during the campaign will be retained for a period of one year following the campaign.

 

Law

36. These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.

 

Liability

37. Nothing in these terms limits liability which cannot legally be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence and fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Where either party is liable under these terms, liability will be reduced proportionately to the extent the relevant liability was caused or contributed to by the other party's negligence or breach. BORA’s aggregate liability to any participant for any liability (however arising, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise) arising from or in connection with this campaign will be limited to 100% of the rewards paid to the participant.

 

Disclaimers

38. By joining the Campaign, participants forfeit any right to pursue liability claims and agree to release and indemnify Bora Holding GmbH, Benamic Limited, and all associated parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, along with their directors and employees. This protection applies to any accidents, injuries, or losses that may occur in connection with the programme or with any Reward, whether it is received or not.

39. The promoter will not be held responsible for any inability to carry out this campaign if the failure results from circumstances beyond its control. These circumstances may include, but are not limited to, extreme weather, fire, flooding, war, earthquakes, riots, industrial action, terrorism, natural disasters, changes in legislation, or any other events that make performance impossible or prevent it from being completed satisfactorily through no fault of either party.

 

Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999

40. Despite any other provision of this Terms and Conditions, nothing in these Terms and Conditions confers or is intended to confer any right to enforce any of its terms on any person who is not a Party to it.

 

Governing Law

41. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts operating in England and Wales.
